Visual Checks
The visual checks allow the user to check site levels in relation to any
limits being enforced. Holding, Disposal and Acquisitions also display
departmental limits if applicable. On each screen all licences are listed along
with a percentage. The licence is displayed in orange as the limit is approached
and red if it is exceeded.
Each screen has a calendar to specify when to check, and all can be printed.
