Technical Support is provided as part of your annual subscription for the system. This includes handholding, any bug fixes and all updates we may develop during the period. These updates may include minor enhancements to the benefit of users.

Technical Support is available by Email, Fax, Telephone or Mail. Remote access support can be provided if your site permits.
