Technical SupportTechnical Support is available on an annual basis to provide handholding, any bug fixes and all updates we may develop during the period. These updates may include minor enhancements to the benefit of users. Major enhancements and new versions will be priced accordingly. As IsoStock© is completely self contained, it requires no administration or interaction from your IT department on a day to day basis. (Backups are essential, though this would be covered within a standard server backup procedure). Technical Support is available by Email, Fax, Telephone or Mail. Remote access support can be provided if your site permits.
